(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good Sunday morning! We are tracking mostly cloudy skies and a few showers this morning, which should continue to taper off after sunrise.

While the milder conditions will continue today, clouds will dominate the forecast, with showers and storms developing later this afternoon due to an impending cold front.

The severe weather threat is low, but a storm or two may contain damaging wind gusts and large hail later today.

Anticipate high temperatures in the low to mid-70s today, cooler than Saturday.

Showers and storms will continue into the early overnight hours, with dense fog developing afterwards.

Monday will start with widespread dense fog over the region and a few isolated showers. Fog will slowly burn off and lift throughout the day on Monday, keeping temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.

Temperatures will rise back into the 80s for Tuesday and Wednesday, possibly breaking record high temperatures for both days.

Other than an isolated shower or storm to start the week, the better rain chances will come on Wednesday night through early Thursday as another cold front moves in.

That same cold front will cool things off, with high temperatures returning to more seasonable 60s for Thursday and Friday.

Conditions look to heat back up for next weekend, with 70s back in the forecast by Saturday!
